Everyone wants to get his or her best body with spring break and summer just around the corner! We all like the idea of working out and being healthy, but sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get out of the house and go to the gym. … So, today I am going to give you 5 ab exercises that you can do right at home! I usually do three sets and do somewhere between 10 to 20 reps. Just do whatever challenges you most. This shouldn’t take long at all. You could do these exercises while watching your favorite TV show, or you could do them during the commercial breaks. It would also be a lot more fun to do it with a friend or significant other!

Exercise No. 1; Russian Twist.
If you don’t have medicine ball at home, just make do with what you have! You can even hold a gallon of milk. This exercise works all the abdominal muscles.
Exercise Two: Plank
I previously said, you can do three sets of ten-twenty reps, but hold this position for thirty-sixty seconds. This exercise works the inner abdominal muscles.
Exercise Three: Side Plank
This exercise strengthens more than just your core. It works your obliques and your back muscles.
Exercise Four: Vertical Toe Touches
This works your inner abdominal muscles, as well as your obliques. This is one of my least favorite ab exercises because I can always really feel the burn, but afterwards it feels rewarding!
Exercise Five: Leg Lifts
This exercise also works your inner abdominal muscles, and it even works your hip flexors. Having strong hip flexors is great for just everyday life.
